Geoffrey Godet

Geoffrey Godet (42) is Chief Executive Officer. A dual French and American citizen and a graduate of HEC, he has spent his entire career with the Flatirons Jouve Group, a leader in digital solutions for banking, insurance, healthcare, manufacturing, aeronautics, publishing, media and education. The Flatirons Jouve Group is present in the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, the Nordic countries, China and India.

Didier Lamouche

Didier Lamouche (60, French) was appointed as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Quadient on 28 June 2019. He is also member of the Board of Adecco, the world leader in human resources services, and Chairman of the board of the German company Utimaco, one of the main providers in the cyber security industry. Among his previous experiences, he had been Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of Idemia (Safran Group, formerly Oberthur Technologies) from 2013 to 2018, Chief Operating Officer of STMicroelectronics from 2010 to 2013, Chief Executive Officer of the ST-Ericsson joint-venture from 2011 to 2013 as well as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Bull Group from 2005 to 2010.

Nathalie Labia

Nathalie Labia (44) is currently Head of Brand and External Communications at Quadient. She began her career at IBM France, successively holding the positions of sales, channel marketing, product marketing and marketing management. In 2005 she joined Ricoh’s European head offices in London, UK, where she was in charge of the launch of high-end printing solutions across Ricoh subsidiaries. Her career at Quadient began in 2009, responsible for product management and press relations in the former Shipping team, before moving to Group’s corporate communications. Since joining the company, Nathalie has been one of the key contributors to strategic projects such as the parcel locker solutions launch in 2013 and the Quadient global brand launch in 2019. Nathalie has a dual French and Brazilian nationality and holds a Master’s degree in Management from Audencia Business School. On 25 September 2020, Quadient SA’s Board of Directors acknowledged the appointment of Nathalie Labia as a director representing employees, made by the Social and Economic Committee on 28 August 2020, for a period of one year.

Stéphanie Auchabie

Stéphanie Auchabie, is Chief People Officer. She joined Neopost in October 2014 as Head of Global HR, GMC Software, and in January 2015 she was appointed to the role of Executive Vice President of Human Resources for Neopost Enterprise Digital Solutions (EDS), which included Quadient and Data Quality activities. Stéphanie had previously spent 10 years in business administration, and for 7 years she was the head of Europe HR for Advantech, a global leader in the industrial PC market. Stéphanie is French, and holds a Master Degree in Human Sciences.

Geoffrey Godet (42) is Chief Executive Officer. Vincent Mercier

Vincent Mercier is 70 years old and a French citizen. He is a civil engineering graduate from the École des Mines and has a Masters in economic science, as well as an MBA from Cornell University (United States) For 10 years, he was one of the heads of the Industrial Development Institute while teaching strategy at HEC. He has extensive experience in the Service and Retail industries, having been a member of Wagons-Lits and then Carrefour Group’s executive committees. Until 2014, he was Chair of the Supervisory Board of Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, where he served as director for France and China until 2010. Vincent Mercier was appointed director of Neopost S.A. at the General Meeting of July 7, 2009. His mandate was renewed at the General Meeting of June 29, 2018 for a three-year term, which means until the 2021 General Meeting called to vote on the financial statements for the financial year ending January 31, 2021.

Chief Transformation Officer

Brandon Batt

Brandon Batt is Chief Transformation Officer, with the mission to lead our worldwide operations related to Corporate Social Responsibility, Mergers & Acquisitions, Legal and Internal Communications. Brandon also leads a new function within Quadient, called the Strategic Initiatives Office, which was created specifically to support our business’s organic and inorganic programs, projects and initiatives which are designed to drive our transformation and achieve the objectives of our Back to Growth strategy.

Christophe Liaudon

Christophe Liaudon(50, French) After spending about ten years in both private and public sectors, Christophe joined Quadient, formerly Neopost, in 2002 to organize and create the treasury department. Since then Christophe has accompanied the company in its growth in building up the cash management organization and the optimization of the debt structure. With a growth debt of about 1 bln Euros (financing its leasing and renting activities), Quadient has been a pioneer in the French private placement (PP) market after several USPP deals and one of the first to issue a Schuldschein in USD. This disintermediation process has been reinforced via the issuance of an inaugural unrated public bond and a first convertible perpetual bond (ODIRNANE). Christophe has participated to the issue of the Euro PP charter and loan and bond documentations as an issuer view. On 23 September 2019, Neopost SA’s Board of Directors acknowledged the appointment of Christophe Liaudon as a director representing employees, made by the Social and Economic Committee on 27 August 2019, for a period of two years.

Martha Helena Bejar

Martha Helena Bejar(57, US citizen) started her career at AT&T. She then joined Nortel Networks and Microsoft Corp. She was later appointed CEO of Wipro Infocrossing Cloud Computing services. She was then appointed CEO and Director of Flow Mobile, a broad band wireless access solution provider, until she sold the operations to local service providers. She was later appointed CEO of Unium Inc., a software company specialized in solving complex wireless networking problems, until March 2018 when she sold the company to Nokia Corp.  Martha is the recipient of numerous industry awards including 2017 Inspiring Women of Washington State, top fifty Hispanic women in the United States by Hispanic Inc. Business Magazine. Martha received an Advanced Management Program degree from Harvard University Business School. She graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Miami and holds an MBA from Nova Southeastern University. The Board of directors coopted Martha Bejar on January 11, 2019, to replace Catherine Pourre who resigned on September 24, 2018. Following ratification of her co-optation, her mandate was renewed at the General Meeting of June 28, 2019, for a three-year term, which means until the General Meeting called to vote on the financial statements for the financial year ending January 31, 2022.

Chief Financial Officer

Laurent du Passage

Laurent du Passage, Chief Financial Officer, joined Quadient in April 2014 as Corporate Development Director of the Customer Experience Management business unit, before becoming Chief Financial Officer of that same unit. He was appointed Chief of Staff to Quadient’s CEO in 2019, then Quadient’s VP Controller in 2020. Before joining Quadient, Laurent du Passage spent 3 years with L.E.K. Consulting where he was providing strategic consulting for corporate and private equity funds. Laurent began his career at Areva’s engineering business unit as analyst, working for the COO. Laurent du Passage is French, and is a graduate from Ecole Centrale Paris and Université Paris-Dauphine. He also holds a Master of Science from Cambridge University.

Hélène Boulet-Supau

Hélène Boulet-Supau(53, French) graduate of ESSEC Business School. She began her career at Arthur Andersen and then joined Groupe Pierre et Vacances, where she held several positions between 1991 and 2000, notably as Chief Financial Officer. She went on to work as a financial consultant, before taking the helm at Larroque. Since 2007, she has been Chief Executive Officer and a shareholder of Sarenza, a leading online footwear and leather goods website. The ratification of the appointment of Hélène Boulet-Supau to the Group’s Board of Directors was approved by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on June 30, 2017. On the meeting held on 29 June 2018, her directorship was renewed for a period of three years, namely until the General Meeting of 2021. 

Chief Digital Officer

Steve Rakoczy

Steve Rakoczy serves as Chief Digital Officer. Steve is a seasoned executive with both operations and technical expertise coupled with marketing and sales experience. He has succeeded in his career at transforming operations that have grown through mergers and acquisitions with disparate systems and procedures into high performing teams with standard processes and reduced operating costs.

Chief Solution Officer Intelligent Communication Automation

Chris Hartigan

Christian Hartigan, Chief Solution Officer Intelligent Communication Automation, joined Quadient in April 2018 as President and General Manager of the America’s division at Quadient digital solutions, bringing more than 15 years of technology industry experience to his role. Previously, Chris was Vice President of Global Accounts and Industry Solutions at Acquia, a provider in the emerging marketplace for Digital Experience platforms.

Chief Technology Software Officer (CTSO)

Zbyněk Hodic

Zbyněk Hodic, Chief Technology Software Officer (CTSO), joined Neopost in 1999, in charge of leading Quadient’s Inspire technical roadmap as well as managing the central IT and support organization. He was also responsible for ensuring that Quadient’s products follow strict regulations and world-class quality standards. During his time at Quadient, he has grown the R&D team into one of largest organizations in the industry.

Chief Technology Hardware Officer (CTHO)

Thierry Le Jaoudour

Thierry Le Jaoudour, Chief Technology Hardware Officer (CTHO), has been a key pillar of Neopost’s Supply Chain and Technology development since 1997. Thierry started by contributing to the successful development of our inkjet franking machines, then of as part of the Marketing team, promoted the global Hardware and Software solutions approach, until he was named Supply Chain Managing Director in 2011 and became a member of the Executive team.

Chief Solution Officer Parcel Locker Solutions

Daniel Malouf

Daniel Malouf is Chief Solution Officer Parcel Locker Solutions. He was previously Chief Operations Officer for Neopost Shipping. Before joining Neopost in January 2017, he had been Managing Director of the Auchan Group’s e-Commerce division since March 2010. This new division of the Auchan Group included all e-commerce activities including the Drive. Prior to that position Daniel has been the CIO of Auchan Group for 6 years, a company that he joined in 1992 as Logistics Manager.

 

Chief Solution Officer Mail Related Solutions

Alain Fairise

Alain Fairise is Chief Solution Officer Mail Related Solutions. A strategic leader with a focus on execution, Alain has started his career at Neopost in Europe before joining Neopost’s North American operations where he has contributed to the company growth and transformation since 2001. Alain has in particular served as President of Neopost Canada, Senior Vice President of U.S. Marketing, Managing Director of NeoDirect Worldwide and Managing Director of Neopost Shipping for the USA. Until recently, Alain was President of Neopost SME North America.

Éric Courteille

Éric Courteille (53, French) has been President of New R SAS and Chief Executive Officer of La Redoute SAS since 2 June 2014. Éric Courteille is a graduate of ESCP-EAP and started his career at Arthur Andersen France, as an auditor, from 1995 to 2000. He then co-founded the company Sporever. In November 2002, Éric Courteille joined the PPR group: within the Guilbert subsidiary where he was appointed head of internal audit of Guilbert group. From 2004 to 2006, he worked in several senior roles at CFAO until he became chief financial officer of Eurapharma. At the end of 2006, he joined Redcats as chief financial and administrative officer for The Sportsman’s Guide (Redcats USA). In April 2009, he became chief financial officer and corporate secretary of Redcats SA. On 4 July 2012, the Annual General Meeting ratified the appointment by the Board of Éric Courteille as a director. His mandate was renewed at the Annual General Meeting of 6 July 2020 for a period of three years, namely until the General Meeting of the fiscal year ending 31 January 2023.

Paula Felstead

Paula Felstead (55, English) started her career in technology in Australia for BHP. She has focused most of her career on transformation and integration of businesses across many different environments, having led technology, operations, digital and innovation functions in high-profile companies such as Reuters Thomson, Prudential, Telefonica, Barclays, Visa Europe and Ingenico. Mrs. Felstead was appointed Chief Business Innovation Officer at Visa Europe in 2012 where she was responsible for Strategy, Corporate development, Digital and Innovation. She led the merger with Visa Inc during 2016 to a successful conclusion, as well as the operating model change to work within the IFR regulation to ensure compliance as well as growth. She was later appointed Group Technology Officer at Ingenico with responsibility for all global payment platforms, technology, operations and 1st line risk functions. Integrating numerous acquisitions into a cohesive business capability was a key focus of her role. Mrs. Felstead graduated in Computer Studies from the University of West London. She also volunteers as a mentor for the Youth Group to assist young people entering employment or higher education as well as mentoring other executives in cultural and digital transformation. Mrs. Felstead was co-opted director of Quadient S.A. on October 1st, 2021, to replace Virginie Fauvel. Her mandate will extend through the remaining term of her predecessor, i.e., until the Annual General Meeting that will rule on the financial statements of the financial year ending 31 January 2022.

Richard Troksa

Richard Troksa (57, US citizen) is responsible for executive level consulting and Board of director guidance in the field of new technologies at Gold Aspen Consulting. An engineer by training, he holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Purdue University and a Master of Science in Engineering from Colorado State University. Richard began his career at IBM in 1984 and held numerous technical and business positions leading to a Business Line Manager executive role in 2003. He then joined Exstream Software, becoming President and CEO in 2007. In 2008, he joined Hewlett-Packard (HP) as Vice-president of Enterprise Software until 2010. Richard also possesses strong financial and managerial experiences associated with the development and deployment of new technologies in both hardware and software markets. Richard Troksa was appointed director of Neopost S.A. during the Annual General Meeting on 1 July 2016 for a three-year term. His mandate was renewed in advance during the Annual General Meeting held on 29 June 2018, for a period of three years, i.e. until the Annual General Meeting of 2021.

Nathalie Wright

Nathalie Wright  (55, French) began her career at Digital Equipment France before joining NewBridge Networks France. She was then Country Manager and Sales Director for France at MCI, then Easynet, then Vice President of Southern Europe in charge of the Commercial Strategy for France, Italy, Spain & the Middle East on behalf of AT&T. She then joined Microsoft in 2009 as Director of the Public Sector division and then General Manager of the Large Enterprise and Strategic Alliances division. In 2017, Nathalie Wright was Vice President of Software at IBM France. Since February 2018, she oversees the Group’s Digital & IT Transformation of the Rexel Group. The ratification of the appointment of Nathalie Wright to the Group’s Board of Directors was approved by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on June 29, 2018. Her mandate was renewed at the Annual General Meeting of 28 June 2019 for a new three-year term, i.e. until the Annual General Meeting of 2022. 

Chief Operating Officer for France & Benelux

Benoît Berson

Benoît Berson is Chief Operating Officer for France and Benelux. He has a solid experience of more than 30 years in Executive positions, most of them spent at Neopost. Formerly President and Managing Director of Neopost France since 2016, Benoît has indeed been an important member of the Neopost Group for the past 24 years.

Sébastien Marotte

Sébastien Marotte (French) is President of Box EMEA. Over the past 10 years, he has held various senior positions with Google where he was VP Channels EMEA of Google Cloud after having been VP worldwide of GSuite and VP Google Enterprise International. From 2007 to 2011, Sébastien Marotte worked for Oracle as VP Asia Pacific, BI & EPM, then Senior VP Technology. Prior to this, he spent 15 years at Hyperion Solutions Corporation, first as Managing Director France before being appointed VP Asia Pacific. Sébastien Marotte started his career as sales representative at Concept. Sébastien Marotte was appointed at the Annual General Meeting held on July 1, 2021 for a three-year term until the Annual General Meeting that will approve the financial statements of the fiscal year ending 31 January 2024.

Chief Operating Officer for International Operations

Ian Clarke

Ian Clarke is the Chief Operating Officer for International Operations, supporting customers across Asia Pacific, Japan, Nordics, Spain, Eastern Europe, Middle East, Africa and LATAM. A driven individual with a passion for excellence. Ian has been at Quadient for over 6 years, based in the UK and was previously President and General Manager Quadient CXM software for EMEA & APAC operations. Before joining Quadient, Ian has held several global leadership roles for Compuware Corporation, UK Sales Management for IBM Software Group and started his career at Xerox Corporation.

Duncan Groom

Duncan Groom is Chief Operating Officer for Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, the United Kingdom & Ireland. Duncan has a proven track record of driving financial results by combining leadership and a results-oriented approach that is balanced with employee and customer centricity. He has a great mix of expertise in Quadient’s traditional mail business, with the mindset and experience needed to fuel the transition into digital solutions.

Chief Marketing Officer

Tamir Sigal

Tamir Sigal serves as Chief Marketing Officer. He is a marketing leader with 22 years’ experience in enterprise software market. Since 2014, he was responsible for the development, direction and implementation of all global marketing activities for Quadient, including product management, corporate marketing, marketing operations and field marketing.
